Ifnb1 ^Eyfp CD45.2⁺ mice were infected by MCMV. 36h later, LIFR^lo YFP⁺ CCR7^- pDCs and LIFR^lo YFP⁺ CCR7⁺ pDCs were sorted and cultured in vitro for 8h in CD45.1⁺ feeder FLT3-L bone marrow cultures. CCR7 expression was monitored by flow cytometry before and after the culture, as depicted in the right panel. The data shown are from one experiment representative of two independent ones.
