qPCR analysis of ChIP assays with anti-SNAIL (a) or anti-EZH2 (b) antibodies and, as control, normal goat IgG (IgG) (a) or normal rabbit IgG (IgG) (b) on chromatin from Hep3B cells expressing HOTAIR-sbid (sbid) or the empty vector as a control (ctr). Data show the recruitment of SNAIL or EZH2 on the Snail consensus binding sites on the human promoters of HNF1α, HNF4α and E-cadherin. Rpl30 promoter was used as a negative control. Values derived from four independent experiments are reported as means ±s.e.m. and expressed as the percentage of the Input chromatin (% Input). Statistically significant differences are reported (*P<0.05).
