a. NOTA-conjugation with D1D2 did not affect the protein functionality as was demonstrated with binding to TK-1 cells. b. Treatment with NOTA-conjugated D1D2 or mD1D2 did not significantly affect colitis severity as determined by colon density and analyzed by one-way ANOVA. There was a significant difference (p = 0.0008, n = 10 mice) in colon density between piroxicam-treated animals and controls, confirming active colitis. Data are presented as mean values +/- SD. c.
