The Standard homodyne-filtered single-echo image (left) shows wrap-like artefacts in regions with high ΔB0 (red arrows) which are not present in the CLEAR Laplacian-unwrapped multi-echo phase (right). There is only a small residual signal variation in these regions in the CLEAR images (orange arrows). That could be removed using a smaller σ size in high-pass filtering at the expense of an increase in image noise.
