Graphical representation of the fixed-point algorithm to identify myocardial passive material parameters and the unloaded reference configuration. Starting from an initial geometry X0 obtained from image data and initial parameters a(·)init,b(·)init from the literature, we perform an iterative procedure to find estimates for the unloaded reference configuration X* and personalized passive material parameters a(·)*,b(·)*. While iterating, the simulated loading curve (in green) gets closer to the empiric EDPVR [45] (in red) which is determined by a measured pressure volume pair (peddat, Veddat). Convergence of the algorithm is based on error estimates given in Section 2.3.3.
