Figure 7

The inhibiting effects of (a) Malayan pit viper antivenom on C. rhodostoma venom-induced erythrocyte lysis activity, (b) varespladib on venom-induced erythrocyte lysis activity caused by N. mossambica, N. nigricollis and N. pallida venoms. All venoms were nanofractionated at a 1.0 mg/mL concentration, and inhibitor concentrations are displayed in the figures. The top superimposed chromatograms are characteristic profiles of UV traces measured at 220, 254 and 280 nm.
