Essential services keyworkers includes utility worker (for example energy, sewerage, postal service), public safety or national security workers, workers involved in medicines or protective equipment production or distribution, transport workers still travelling in to work, and food chain workers (for example production, sale, delivery).
General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) typically taken at the age of 15 or 16; Advanced Level qualifications (A-levels) and other equivalent educational qualifications that are not part of higher education (typically age 16–19).
