Results obtained for some of the steps carried out to reconstruct TS_293 of dataset EMPIAR-10453 [a] and [b] correspond to the original tilt series and preprocessed tilt series, respectively, being [b] the result of the tilt series X-ray erasing dose filtering, and downsampling to bin 4. Sub-figure [c] is the result of the automatic fiducial alignment offered by plugin scipion-em-imod, and sub-figure [d] is the result of the SIRT reconstruction performed with plugin scipion-em-tomo3d without CTF estimation in this case (it corresponds to the green box named “Imod - Tomo reconstruction (wbp)” in Fig. 7). All the subfigures represent data displayed with viewer IMOD-3dmod.
