Importantly, only patients first detected as TB positive (top 2 rows) can generate an actionable line probe assay drug susceptibility testing result. Estimates for smear-negatives were lower than for smear-positives and, overall, estimates for SLIDs were lower than for FQs. All estimates improved in favor of LPAs after discrepant resolution.
