Cells were infected with SARS-CoV-2 at a MOI of 1 and incubated for 10 or 24 hours. Cells were fixed and stained with an antibody for SARS-CoV-2 nucleoprotein, followed by peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody and addition of substrate.
