The associations were tested using Pearson’s chi-squared test for categorical variables and the Kruskal-Wallis test for continuous variables. Symbol n is the number of samples, m is the median and r is the range.
7 patients had mucosal melanoma and, although they were classified, they were not included in survival analyses. Their AJCC stage was not reported. Each of LMC class 2 and 4 contained 2 of these, while class 3, 5 and 6 had 1 each.
