(A) In the case of clustering subsequences from all rounds simultaneously, the clustering is not affected by differences among rounds even if ‘Subsequences from sequences not observed in some rounds’ are present. (B) In the case of clustering subsequences on each round, it is necessary to follow individual clusters across rounds. In this case, cluster fragmentation or integration may occur between rounds.
