Flowchart of study patient enrollment: 434 elderly patients who underwent radical cystectomy were evaluated, and 342 elderly patients were included in the study. Patients were categorized according to the occurrence of AKI, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed. Then, patients were dichotomized according to the optimal CRP/albumin ratio cut-off value (i.e., 0.1), and a propensity score-matched analysis was performed.
