FIG 7

Reoxidation of FMNH2 bound to NfoR under anaerobic conditions. (A) NfoR (10 μM final concentration) with FMN (100 μM final concentration) was mixed with NADPH (12 μM final concentration) with chromate (0, 6.26, 12.5, 50, 100, and 200 μM) and observed at 450 nm. (B) NfoR (10 μM final concentration) with FMN (100 μM final concentration) was mixed with NADPH (12 μM final concentration) with cupric copper (0, 3, 12.5, 25, 100, and 200 μM) and observed at 450 nm. These data were not fit analytically or to a comprehensive model. Arrows indicate decreasing concentrations of oxidant for successive observations.
