Risk of death rose with linear left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) at <60% (A), volume-derived left ventricular ejection fraction (Vol-LVEF) at <60% (B), left ventricular end-systolic dimension index (LVESDi) between >21 and 22 mm/m2 (C), and left ventricular end-systolic volume index (LVESVi) between >40 and 45 mL/m2 (D).
