Parameters of the rats shown in Figs. 5 and 6 are summarized. Urine and stool samples were collected at 2 weeks after the initiation of dietary intervention. Serum and plasma samples were collected at the time of dissection. All results are presented as means ± SD. Statistical analysis was performed by the unpaired t-test.
