GASL1 restrained the PI3K/AKT and ras/raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathways via sponging miR-106a. (a and c are MKN45 cells when b and d are SGC-7901 cells)

Overexpression of GASL1 declined the phosphorylation levels of (a and b) PI3K, AKT, (c and d), MEK and ERK and ras/raf levels in MKN45 and SGC-7901 cells while miR-106a mimic strengthened the expression.
