MiRNA-324-5p promotes cell proliferation, migration and EMT by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway via SUFU

Graphical abstract shows the mechanism of miRNA-324-5p functioning as an oncogene in gastric cancer. MiRNA-324-5p down-regulated SUFU and facilitated β-catenin translocation into the nucleus, resulting in activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and EMT, thus contributing in the carcinogenic process of GC.
