SPOP Affected Cell Migration, Invasion, and Cell Cycle

(A–C) Representative results and statistical analysis of the cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometry in HepG2 and Huh6 cells. (D–F) Western blot analysis was performed for cell cycle proteins in HepG2 cells. (G–K) Transwell assays showed that the silencing of SPOP promoted migration and invasion, while the upregulation of SPOP inhibited migration and invasion, and S119N mutation also increased migration and invasion. (L–O) The EMT marker was detected by western blot analysis, and relative protein grayscale was accounted. Mean ± SEM. ∗p < 0.05, ∗∗p < 0.01, ∗∗∗p < 0.001.
