Table 6.
Mean values (± SE) of the neuropsychological scores (i.e., ADAS-Cog, Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test immediate recall, Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test delayed recall, Trail Making Test part B-A, Verbal fluency for letters, Verbal fluency for category, Clock drawing, and Clock copy) as well as the results of their statistical comparisons (T-test on log-10 transformed data; p < 0.05 corrected) in the groups of noADMCI-noEEA (N = 19) and noADMCI-EEA (N = 13) patients.

The cut-off scores of the neuropsychological tests are also reported. The table also reports the number of participants for which the neuropsychological tests were available. Legend: noADMCI-noEEA, patients with mild cognitive impairment not due to Alzheimer's disease and without epileptiform EEG activity; noADMCI-EEA, patients with mild cognitive impairment not due to Alzheimer's disease and epileptiform EEG activity; ADAS-Cog, Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale; RAVLT, Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test; TMT B-A, Trail Making Test part B-A. A marginal difference was observed between the two noADMCI groups when a marginal threshold of p < 0.05 uncorrected was used. Namely the trail making A-B score was worse in the noADMCI-noEEA than the noADMCI-EEA group, while the clock test score was worse in the noADMCI-EEA than the noADMCI-no EEA group (p = 0.03 uncorrected).
