WT, Irgm2 −/−, Casp11 −/− and Irgm2 −/− Casp11 −/− BMMs were infected with E. coli K‐12, E. coli UPEC, or E. coli AIEC (MOI 25) and IL‐1β, IL‐18, and LDH release were assessed at 24 hpi.
