MPT0B291 has pan-HDAC inhibitory effect in long term. (A) The relative mRNA expression of HDACs was obtained from REMBRANDT and is presented as mean ± SEM. *p<0.05 versus the normal cells. (B) The enzyme activity of HDACs was measured on C6 cells treated with MPT0291 or SAHA at threefold serial diluted concentration using an HDAC-Glo I/II assay kit at 30 min (suggested by manufacturer).
