Let-7c-5p inhibits AKT and ERK signaling pathways. (A) Protein levels of AKT, p-AKT, ERK and p-ERK were measured after transfection with let-7c-5p mimics in TE-1 and KYSE150 cells by Western blot. (B) The p-AKT/AKT and p-ERK/ERK ratio were quantified. (C) Protein levels of AKT, p-AKT, ERK and p-ERK were measured after transfection with let-7c-5p inhibitor in TE-1 and KYSE150 cells by Western blot. (D) The p-AKT/AKT and p-ERK/ERK ratio were quantified. All results are shown as the mean ± SD of three separate experiments.
