Mtp regulates HUVEC viability and senescence. (A) Following treatment with Mtp for 24 h, HUVEC viability was assessed by performing an MTT assay. (B) Following pretreatment with Mtp for 24 h and incubation with H2O2 for 12 h, HUVEC viability was assessed by performing an MTT assay. (C) Following pretreatment with 100 µM Mtp for 24 h and incubation with 100 µM H2O2 for 12 h, β-Gal activity was measured using a β-Gal assay kit.
