Effect of apigenin on melanoma cell viability. A375P and A375SM cells (density, 2×104 cells/ml) were treated with apigenin (0, 25, 50, 75, 100 µM) in DMEM and MEM supplemented with 5% FBS for 24 h. Cell viability was measured by a MTT assay. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation from three independent experiments. Significance was determined using ANOVA followed by a Dunnett's post hoc test. *P<0.05 vs. untreated control group.
