Female sheep were treated prenatally (GD 30–90) with vehicle (C, n = 10 female fetuses), T (T, n = 6 female fetuses), T and flutamide (TF, n = 6 female fetuses), or T and rosiglitazone (TR, n = 6 female fetuses). At GD 90, pregnant ewes were euthanized and blood samples from the uterine artery (maternal) and umbilical artery (fetal) were collected for LH determination.
