The results of Animal experiments illustrated the effect of mannose on tumor growth. The nude mice that were transplanted with A549 cells were randomly divided into four groups (A). Treatment was administered by intraperitoneal injection of drugs for 28 days. The tumors in each group were dissected and imaged. The measurements of tumor weight were presented (B). Data were presented as the mean±standard deviation (n=3); *P<0.05.
