PFKFB2 makes contribution to the proliferation and the Warburg effect in OS cells. (A) The efficacy of si-RNA targeting of PFKFB2 in the OS cells (MNNG-HOS and U2OS) was detected by using Western blotting. (B and C) Knockdown of PFKFB2 inhibited MNNG-HOS and U-2OS cells proliferation using the cell counting kit (CCK)-8 assay. Values are means ± SD, **p < 0.01. (D and E) Knockdown of PFKFB2 downregulated the proliferation of OS cells (MNNG-HOS and U-2OS) by using colony formation assay. Values are means ± SD, **p < 0.01.
