Data are presented as point estimates (linear regression beta coefficients) and 95% confidence intervals (beta coefficient * ±1.96 (standard error[beta coefficient]). All p-values estimated using a two-sided test for t-statistics from linear regression models. Adjustments for multiple comparisons were accounted for by calculating q-values. *q-values = 0.12.
