(D–F) Prognostic effects of KPNA2, GRB2, and NRAS on HCC overall survival when adjusted for gender, age, and tumor size. Paired-samples Wilcoxon test was used for protein level comparisons. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis with log-rank test and multivariable Cox regression analysis were used for evaluation of the prognostic effects of the proteins. For all the analyses, p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
