Tissue restriction of the mHAg epitope in APOBEC3C. APOBEC3C SW10-specific T cell lines from MCMs cy0738 and cy0747 were incubated with equal numbers of fibroblasts or BLCs from the mHAgpos animal cy0743 in an IFN-γ ELISpot assay. T cells cultured alone or incubated with equal numbers of the corresponding unpulsed autologous BLCs were included as negative controls, and T cells incubated with equal numbers of the corresponding SW10 peptide-pulsed autologous BLCs were included as a positive control.
