Characterization of bBMMSCs (magnification: ×40; bars: 100 μm). (A) The bBMMSCs at passage 3 (P3) exhibited fibroblastic morphologies with dendritic spindle shapes. (B) Positive expression of MSC-specific cell surface molecule (CD44) and absence of hematopoietic cell surface molecule (CD45) were identified in bBMMSCs by flow cytometry.
