Cos-induced apoptosis was mediated by caspases 9 and 3 in 769-P cells. (A) Activities of caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 as measured using the colorimetric assay kits. (B) Caspases-8, -9, and -3, and PARP in 769-P cells treated with various concentrations of Cos for 24 h. (C) Effect of caspase inhibitors on Cos-induced cell viability, as measured with CCK8 assay.
