Cisplatin at 1 mg/kg or Fingolimod at 5 mg/kg treatment i.p. 5 times a week starting two days after tumor resection (day 2). Two-way ANOVA test followed by Bonferroni's multiple comparisons test (vs. control, * p ≤ 0.05, ** p ≤ 0.01, **** p ≤ 0.0001). Survival curves were constructed using the Kaplan-Meier method and analyzed by log rank test. Data represent mean and SD. n = 6 mice per group at the start of treatment.
