Effect of Notch inhibitor DAPT on miR-146aM-transfected LECs according to the western blot. DAPT treatment (10 μM) reverted the upregulation of K15 expression in miR-146aM (M)- and mimic control (MC)-transfected cells compared to control DMSO-treated cells. Notch-1 and K15 were significantly decreased, whereas downregulation of Notch-2 did not reach significance.
