L4 larvae of C. elegans Bristol N2 and DA1316 were incubated for 48 h in different concentration of the extracts (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 2.0 mg mL−1). Counting of the immotile worms was carried out after 24 h and 48 h.
