Generation of pseudo-color image from MR images. For each case, T1- and T2-weighted grayscale images with the largest axial cross-section of the tumor are cropped. To obtain input to a DL model from the MR images, the cropped T1- and T2-weighted grayscale images are fed to the blue and green channels, respectively, of a pseudo-color image (RGB image). The red channel of the pseudo-color image is empty.
