Changes in mRNA expression of angiogenesis‐related factors following knockdown of vasohibin‐2 (VASH2) in a murine model of ovarian cancer. Total RNA was extracted from DISS cells treated with negative control siRNA or siRNAs targeting VASH2 (siVASH2), and the mRNA expression of angiogenesis‐related factors was examined by quantitative RT‐PCR. Data are presented as the mean and SDs (n = 4). The mRNA expression of the negative control siRNA‐treated group in each target gene was defined as 1. *P < 0.05 versus negative control siRNA (Neg ctrl).
