Performance evaluation of the CMACS framework on the MMWHS CTA dataset using two different atlas libraries. Quantitative Dice index, 3D Hausdorff distance (HD) and mean surface distance (MSD) are calculated between the automatic and manual segmentation using two atlas libraries.
