The impact of protein palmitoylation on leukocyte signaling and function. Protein palmitoylation modulates various functions of leukocytes by altering the activities of palmitoylated proteins in different subtypes of leukocytes. Besides, palmitoylation also indirectly affects leukocyte behaviors through regulating the function of endothelial cells.
