Effects of circ_0008450 inhibition on hypoxia-mediated viability, apoptosis and glycolysis of hepatocellular cancer cells. (A) Effect of hypoxia on the expression of circ_0008450 in THLE-2, SNU-387 and Huh7 cells was assessed via RT-qPCR. *P<0.05 compared with THLE-2 cells. Following transfection with si-NC or si-circ_0008450, SNU-387 and Huh7 cells were treated for 48 h under hypoxia conditions. (B) Expression of circ_0008450 in SNU-387 and Huh7 cells was detected using RT-qPCR. (C) Viability of SNU-387 and Huh7 cells was determined using Cell Counting kit-8 assays.
