NMuMG cells were treated with transforming growth factor (TGF)‐β or both TGF‐β and fibroblast growth factor (FGF)‐2 for 7 days, and examined for the induction of the gene products by immunoblotting (a) and immunohistochemical (b) analyses with the indicated antibodies. β‐Actin levels were monitored as a loading control for the whole‐cell extracts.
