The mouse olfactory bulb cell line OBL21 expresses Sox10 mRNA and protein. (a) Northern blot analysis of OBL21 cells revealed relatively high levels of Sox10 mRNA. Northern analysis was also carried out for β-actin message as a loading control. (b) Western blot analysis was carried out on OBL21 cell lysates showed abundant levels of Sox10 protein (MW=68kDa).
