ILC2s do not transcribe the rearranged TCRγ locus. (A) cDNA libraries from lung ILC2s were subjected to RT-PCR for full-length TCRγ transcripts (Vγx-Cγ). (B) Pre-mRNA (Vγx-Jγx) RT-PCR was also performed to rule out the possibility of unprocessed TCRγ mRNAs.
