The increased susceptibility to seizures in SD rats under dexmedetomidine and buprenorphine does not depend on ketamine. The data presented in this figure were obtained from 3 rats under dexmedetomidine and buprenorphine sedation with no administration of ketamine. The format of the presentation is similar to that used in Figure 1.
