Effects of Synoviocyte-Derived miR-455 and miR-210 on Cartilage Homeostasis

miRNA overexpression plasmid vectors and a control plasmid were designed and transfected into SW982 cells. (A) miRNA expression in cells and supernatant was assessed by qRT-PCR. (B) The expression patterns of chondrogenic genes and hypertrophic genes in degenerated chondrocytes treated with conditioned medium as determined by qRT-PCR. Degenerated chondrocytes from KOA patients were used for the above experiments.
