The log of known concentrations of standard (150 000, 60 000, 6000, 1200, 600, 300, 150, 50, 25 copies/mL) on the x-axis is plotted against the corresponding Ct values on the y-axis. A linear range for quantitative PCR detection of cf EBV DNA (50-150 000 copies/mL) was obtained with a detection limit of 25 copies/mL.
