Immunohistochemical staining of gastric tissues with the anti‐collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (CTHRC1) antibody. The CTHRC1 protein, which was mostly present in the nucleus, was weakly stained in normal gastric mucosa (A) and intestinal metaplasia (B). In contrast, CTHRC1 staining was moderate to strong in gastric cancer samples, and was detected mainly in the cytoplasm with partial extracellular space staining (C,D).
