Males had lower PHQ-2 (p = 0.03583) and GAD-2 (p = 0.0001086) scores, females were more concerned about contracting COVID-19 at work (p = 0.02235), more concerned about increased pressure in the workplace (p = 0.0006537) and more concerned about redeployment (p = 0.003701). Females felt less able to be open with colleagues about their mental health (p = 0.03573) and felt less supported in the workplace lower (p = 0.03382).
