Aneuploidy frequency of the chromosomes in S. cerevisiae. For each chromosome, we counted the number of strains in the work by Peter et al. [51] that had euploid (0) or different copy numbers. The frequency was calculated as the number of strains harbouring an abnormal copy number (independently of the gain or loss) divided by the number of strains harbouring a normal copy number of each chromosome.
